Please leave your luggage at the hotel front desk by 9:00 AM.

Enjoy a full day of sightseeing without your bags!

Receive at Your Hotel
Your luggage will be delivered to your designated hotel around 7:00 PM.
If you choose “Overnight Delivery”, please hand over your luggage by 22:00 PM on the day of request. It will be delivered around 9:00 AM the following day.
If the designated hotel does not allow luggage reception, the delivery will be canceled and the full shipping fee will be refunded.

Yes, we are open every day of the year.
For specific availability, please check the reservation page. - Is there any compensation in case of loss or damage?

Yes, compensation of up to 100,000 yen per item will be provided.
- Can I specify a delivery time for hotel deliveries?

Unfortunately, we do not accept specific time requests.
As a general guide, “same-day deliveries” will arrive by around 7:00 PM, and “Overnight Delivery” by around 9:00 AM the following day. - Is it possible for reservations to be fully booked?

Yes, especially during peak seasons (e.g., New Year holidays, long weekends, tourist seasons), slots may fill up.
We recommend booking early. - Can I only use the service at partner hotels?

While our service is primarily available at partner accommodations, we can often accommodate non-partner facilities as well.
If your preferred hotel does not appear on the reservation page, please contact us. - Can I make a reservation in advance?
