    Operational Flow

    At Check-Out (Luggage Drop-Off)

    1. Guests leave their luggage at the front desk and show their luggage number, issued by Ocarry.
    2. Please note the luggage number and keep the luggage in temporary storage.
    3. Our staff will come to pick it up, verifying the number at the time of collection.

    At Check-In (Luggage Return)

    1. Our staff will present the guest’s name and relevant information at the front desk.
    2. After verifying the guest’s stay details, please temporarily store the luggage at the front desk.
    3. When the guest checks in, please hand over the luggage after confirming either the luggage number or name.

    ※ Luggage should be stored for no more than 48 hours. If longer storage is needed, Ocarry will take responsibility (per Article 6 of the agreement).

    How long does it take to get started?

    To get started, simply review the Terms of Service (Accommodation Partner Agreement) and submit the form.
    There are no complicated procedures, so you can partner with us smoothly and easily.

    When can we start using the service?

    You can introduce our service to your guests without any prior procedures or special contracts with us.
    We hope that our service will help your guests enjoy a more comfortable and pleasant journey.

    By submitting the partnership form above, you can also take advantage of our commission return program and enable smoother delivery arrangements.

    Is the service really free?

    Yes. There are no setup or operating fees. Ocarry covers all costs related to the service.

    Tell me more about the reward system.

    If your hotel sends more than 10 items in a month, you will receive 10% of the total shipping fees as a reward. Participation is optional. For details, please see Terms of Service (Accommodation Partner Agreement – Article 8).

    Who places the delivery order?

    Guests apply for Ocarry delivery themselves, using our website or a QR code. Hotels do not need to handle any booking or coordination. Each guest will receive a unique luggage number after completing their order.

    What does the hotel staff need to do?

    Only two things:
    – Temporarily store luggage at the front desk
    – Hand it over to the guest or our staff as needed
