The following is our policy regarding cancellations of this service.
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Japanese version and the multilingual version of this policy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Deadline for Cancellation
No cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled by 23:59 (Japan time) on the day before the date of use.
Cancellation on the day of use
Please note that due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be made for cancellations made on the day of use.
Cancellation Procedure If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us using our cancellation form. Cancellations by phone or e-mail will not be accepted.
Refunds
For reservations that are eligible for refunds, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the cancellation to the designated account or payment method used.
Please note that it may take some time for the actual refund to be processed, depending on the processing status of the financial institution or payment method used.
