(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users in the services provided through this application and website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

This service uses “Google Analytics” provided by Google to analyze usage. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data anonymously and does not identify individuals. Article 6 (Comments and Contact Forms)
When submitting comments or inquiries, we collect users’ IP addresses. This is a standard function for preventing spam and malicious content and is not used for any other purpose.
Article 7 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior user consent, except as permitted by law. Exceptions include:
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property, and obtaining consent is difficult
- When necessary for public health or the sound development of children, and obtaining consent is difficult
- When required to cooperate with national or local government agencies, and obtaining consent may hinder their operations
- When the following conditions are met and notified or made public in advance, and reported to the Personal Information Protection Commission:
- That the purpose includes third-party provision
- The data items to be provided
- Means or methods of provision
- That provision can be stopped upon user request
- How users can make such requests
Even under the above, the recipient is not considered a third party in the following cases:
- When personal information is outsourced to achieve the intended purpose
- When transferred due to business succession such as mergers
- When shared use is conducted with specified persons, and details are clearly notified to the user in advance
Article 8 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
Upon request from the individual, we will disclose their personal information without delay. However, all or part of the information may not be disclosed if:

A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged. Non-personal data such as history or characteristics will not be disclosed in principle.

Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information held by the Company if they believe it is inaccurate. Upon verification and necessity, the Company will act without delay and notify the user of the outcome.
Article 10 (Suspension of Use, etc.)
Users may request the suspension or deletion of their personal information if it has been handled beyond its intended use or obtained by improper means. The Company will investigate the matter promptly and, if appropriate, take action and notify the user. If direct suspension is difficult, alternative measures will be taken to protect user rights.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from a user voluntarily disclosing personal information through our app or website, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 12 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
This Policy may be revised without prior notice, except where otherwise required by law. Unless otherwise specified, revised policies take effect upon publication in our app or website.
